These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GlowUp AI Camera+ mobile application, the website GlowUpCamera.com, and all related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

- Exact likeness
- Continuous availability of AI services
- Compatibility with all image types
AI features may require an internet connection.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos and images you upload.
By using the Services, you grant GlowUp Apps a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested features.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Acceptable Use

GlowUp Apps is not responsible for how users use generated content.
9. Subscriptions

Subscription details are displayed before purchase.
10. Billing
Payments are processed securely through:

- Google Play Store
Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the respective app store policies.
GlowUp Apps does not process payment card information.
11. Free Trials

- Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
